Up, up, up, and away

It blocked a street, took 2 work trucks, a trailer, 6 males and a crane but the HVAC unit is on the roof.

This afternoon the plumbing crew connected the unit to the ducts.

Now we wait for the electrician to do the wiring.

Huge though the HVAC unit seemed when on the back of a trailer, and dangling from a crane, it doesn’t actually take up too much space in the upper level, stargazing, night sky ceilinged, lounge.

Anyday now the whirr and rhythmic creak of ceiling fans, so reminiscent of life in India, will cease in the hacienda. Onward with ceiling treatments and attic insulation.
