Raisins, green tomatoes and a couple of Havasu peppers from the garden, garlic, ginger, pickling spices, coconut sugar, apple cider vinegar, onions.
Yes I do put chutney on just about everything: rice, pasta, veg kebabs, pancakes, corn bread, bean patties…Whatever I’m eating, chances are chutney works with it. Good food medicine (Ayurvedically speaking) for digestive health too, embracing the sweet, sour, bitter, spicy aspects.
