Not prepared to share (this year)

I noticed somebody else beside me has been testing the swelling apricots for ripeness.

Since there are only 8 fruit, I’m not feeling like sharing my apricot harvest this first season.

The local feed store is sold out of fruit tree nets. I improvised some homemade protective coverings from my recycling bag. Not sure if they will work.
