(Unsun) dried tomatoes,basil, rosemary, garlic and black pepper immersed in olive oil.

First grow your tomatoes, (and herbs and garlic)

Dehydrate tomatoes . 6-8 hours in an Excalibur at 135 degrees.

Toss together in jar

Allow to marinate a few days. allowing the kitchen alchemy to work its transformative magic is the hardest part.


There’s an almost irresistible siren song coming from a certain corner of the kitchen counter.
