I must admit when I sited the birdbath in the kitchen sink window view, I expected to be watching a lot of birds.

But then a tropical rainforest jungle erupted and the panthers came.

I am not complaining: they are endlessly beautiful and entertaining and best of all this channel doesn’t require a subscription fee.

Admittedly the programming is erratic, unannounced and there are no replays or save for later viewing options.

Note to self: clean the window.
