What’s on the table?


Morning harvest of Royal Burgundy beans, tomato, okra, a hot pepper, leafy greens, and a watermelon was transformed into a Tuesday irie Jamaica dreaming, Caribbean meal.

A bowl of veggies cooked ital style with quinoa, brown Basmati and black Forbidden rice is topped with chopped raw almonds.

A side of oven baked, spicy okra crisps and a big bowl of watermelon and mint.
