What’s on the table today?
First of the yellow sweet corn from under the wind horses, with a great view of the mountains. Lots of good prayers in this sweet corn patch, with Lima beans just starting to pod at its feet.
And a big, fat, crunchy sweet pepper.
I prefer growing little, hot chile peppers, but for some reason I put in a few sweet pepper plants.
I was probably thinking hummus scooped up with slices of sweet pepper. Now there’s a thought. Hummus. Hmmmm. No chickpeas but plenty of tahini, garlic and lemon juice. Maybe a black bean hummus? Tomorrow.
