Feisty feasting

After my visit to Boyce Thompson arboretum I spent the night in a lovely AirBnB in Tucson.

I ate wonderful vegan food. I highly recommend Turmerico, who offer “Latin inspired vegan and vegetarian” food. This is so not your average North American Mexican restaurant. It was really easy for me to navigate to satisfyingly feisty vegan menu options.

I enjoyed a generous jackfruit carnitas filled burrito at a table on the sidewalk in the last rays of sunlight and washed it down with fresh, house made horchata.

Then drove back imagining a transformation in the garden of earthly delights.
