I love this time of year when the front porch is screened by green, cool and cavelike for a contemplative, pre sunrise pot of tea.

Barn swallows swoop and dive and come to rest alongside me in the cave awhile.

Ole Blue Eyes was spotted lurking in the milagro corn and bean field.
