What’s cooking?

June 25th morningharvest:

the first ripe Roma tomatoes, a couple of Black Beauty eggplant, New Mexico green chile (oops I let one get to red hidden inside the bush) and several braids of red onions which, though small, had drooped and laid their stems down.

I’m thinking green chile eggplant dish with brown pasta is on the menu today.
