Finally found the Mexican screen door I’ve been dreaming of for five years. I was beginning to think I was going to have to drive into Mexico to get one.
It was bare wood. I had a choice of red, blue, yellow, pink or green in paint on hand. This morning I hung the door with the help of a Hawaiian flip flop to keep it even while I worked on the screws.
Now I can keep the driveway entrance to the yoga studio open in the mornings, allowing the beautiful warm autumn sunshine, fresh air and light to stream into the shala.
The tiling of the entrance step still needs attention. When I find six inch Mexican tiles. I have boxes of four inch but that next step needs bigger tiles.
