Variations on a basic banana bread recipe.


Chocolate cardamom banana bread breakfast muffins: vegan and gluten free (almond flour).

Note to self: oven should perhaps have been 350 not 375 or bake time 50 mins not 55. The slightly charred edges do add a crispy dark chocolate flavor.

These go in ziplock baggies in the fridge for morning coffee shop break fantasies - fresh ground solar roast made in an aero press, a muffin and my imaginary friends Across the table. All of you everywhere.
