The curly kale is getting tough in the heat.

Time to experiment with making kale powder which can apparently be used for winter soups, stews and smoothies.

Excalibur the dehydrator is loaded with four trays of kale pieces and humming away in the corner.

The fragrance in the shala is (ahem) a delicate cabbage breath.

Luckily all my yoga classes are online today so I don’t need to discuss how it is okay and healthy to release intestinal gas if the need arises.
