On the divinity of food
I celebrated the gift of another yoga teacher training achieved - Aqua Kriya Yoga - at Annapurna’s World Vegetarian Cafe in Albuquerque. Annapurna’s is the only restaurant in New Mexico where I know I can eat everything on the menu.
True pampering: food prepared on Ayurvedic principles.
On this day I indulged in a kind of fusion brunch: tofu scramble, Thai spicy veggies, dosa and hand cut fries with chipotle sauce. And chai. Of course.
To sustain me on the three hour drive to Little Simla in the mountains.
